SCREEN PRINTING

 

 

Malachi Customs does in house screen printing. Pricing is determined based on several different factors, including garment, ink, number of colors, locations, and design.  Please contact us with your specific needs.

 

SET UP FEES AND FACTS YOU NEED TO KNOW:

 

• 1 color designs minimum quantity is 12 pieces.
• 2 color designs minimum quantity is 24 pieces. 
• 3-4 or more color designs message for quantity requirements or other printing options.
• Pricing is based on per garment, per print location
• Dark garments may require an underboss. Under base is priced as an additional color.
• Screen printing uses one screen per color in each design.  The service fee for each screen is $25.
• We will hold screens for 60 days for reprints unless requested otherwise.  A reset up fee will apply for anything less than 60 days, $15 per screen. 
• Standard screen size 12x16 inches.
• Thicker garments such as fleece and outerwear require more time and materials in press and will be charged an additional $2 per garment. 
• Artwork must be provided print ready.  Vector files only, see art page for requirements. 
• Mix and match garment types, print size/location must be the same on all garments within an order for screen print. 
• Ink colors must stay the same within an order to avoid wash out fee's.  Add $10 per ink color change. 
• 50% deposit required on all orders to cover the cost of garments.  Balance due upon completion of orders.
• Standard lead is 10 business days from approval of artwork, acceptance of estimate and receipt of deposit.  Subject to change depending on season.
• Rush printing may be available at times with additional rush fee.
• Pantone matching will result in additional cost, contact us for a quote.
• Specialty inks such as glitter and metallic will result in additional cost, contact us for a quote.
• Customer supplied garments are subject to a handling fee. We require one additional garment as a test print for ink, temp and fabric compatibility,
